Thank you to Mike, Emma, Paula and team, for two wonderful meals at the start and end of our recent holiday in Puerto del Carmen - we thoroughly enjoyed your delicious food, delightful restaurant and very welcoming manner - the children's menu was excellent and we and the children can't wait to come back again!

Back in June of 2000, Mike and Emma wished me "greetings" after randomly visiting my MSN homepage...

For some reason, almost 10 years later, I thought I'd check to see what they were up to, and found this guestbook- so now I can return the favor.

You have a great looking website here. hopefully one day I'll be able to try out your famous mexican food!

We were there a year ago and still speak about the great meals (2) we had there. Mike was great and hope your wife is healthy.

Thanks for the wonderful meals. The fajitas and enchiladas were so tasty, and Brian really enjoyed the Chili Rojo. With the great decor and fantastic hosts, this was truly a delightful dining experience. We look forward to a return visit. Thanks again, Mike and Emma!

Hi all in emmas cantina, this was our favourite restaurant for the months we lived in lanzarote, we had everyone of our family and friends hooked on it also! we'l be back shortly to get some more! elaine says thanks for the guacamole recipe. From your favourite customers Carl & Elaine !

After having stumbled upon Emma's Cantina we can honestly say that we ate THE BEST Mexican meal we have ever eaten. After knowing Mike and Emma from their past days at Emma's Bar, we knew we would experience quality and good service without question. However, the taste of the Mexican food was delicious-without doubt the tastiest Nachos we have ever had. Fajitas to die for, (and Mike brought the added grated cheese for me!!), and a steak with a gorgeous sauce on it. All round we were really happy to have found Mike and Emma again and would recommend this dining experience to everyone. The other so called 'Mexican' restaurants on the island, (and we have eaten in a good few over the years), don't come anywhere near Emma's Cantina.

Sooo Good we went there twice In our holiday. Mike and his fun and fantastic team set the bar at the start of our week and helped end it on a high. Excellent food ( the real chilli is awesome!), great liquid refreshment, Mmmm Tequilla and the finest company to dine by. A real winner, This fabulous restaurant is a must...See you in August and thanks for a great time Jason, Cathy not Maidstone or Poplar..just Hastings

My parents live on the island and last time I visited them they took me to a wonderful little restaurant called Emma's Cantina. On my current visit, the only thing I had planned was a week of sunbathing....and a trip to Emma's! Besides the food being fabulous, the staff and owners are so friendly but beware, they are a bad influence - I'd never had a margherita until I went to Emmas! Sorry about your shirt Mike!

Love this place, Mike is the friendliest restaurant owner that I have ever met, and the food is great too. Beware, you will go away stuffed.

Started going to Emmas last year and it's on our 'must visit' list. We were out in October with the whole family and everyone, including the grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed the experience - more than once.
It's the first time in a long time I have heard my wife say 'we must go back there' to a restaurant.
Looking forward to our next trip in March - see you Emma and Mike.

i'd totally recommend this place for a lovely meal and nice atmosphere. the jalapeno peppers starter was gorgeous, as were the chicken fajitas. i even liked the guacomole and i dont usually like guacomole.
oh, and wicked decor too, definitely in my top 3 restaurants on the island.

An excellent meal, and we cannot recommend this place enough. The fajitas and the solomillo were superb. We've definitely found our new haunt now!
